Yesterday when I woke up it was pouring rain. After lounging in bed for a little while I decided that I wanted to bake some chocolate chip cookies. My dilemma was that I only had whole wheat flour in the house. There was no way I was going outside to get some white flour… I love whole wheat everything but I thought that cookies made with only whole wheat flour would be very dense. Well, I found a recipe on the Betty Crocker website and boy was I wrong. The cookies were amazing!
