So it has been a couple weeks since my last garden update. To be honest, work and life have been a little crazy and I haven’t been able to spend as much time at the garden as I would like to. When I have had time, I have spent it harvesting some of the fruits (actually, vegetables) of my labor! We have harvested so many delicious vegetables including cucumbers, tomatoes, kalettes, lettuce, sugar snap peas, green beans, basil, zucchini and more! We have been eating a lot of salads!
