How is it already May 3rd?! It feels like just yesterday I was writing my Happy New Year – Best of 2015 post! My how time flies!
As Mother’s Day is rapidly approaching (Sunday, May 8th), there are only five days left (six if you include Mother’s Day) to find that special gift for your Mom, Mother, Mama, Ema or Mommy! I know I always have a hard time finding something new and sentimental to send my Mama. I thought it might be helpful to share some ideas.
Baked Goods – If I lived close to home I would bake a present for my Mama. With cherries just coming into season, I would bake my Lemon Cherry Cornbread Muffins. They are always a hit!
Artifact Uprising Instagram Photo Book – I recently made one for my Mama and sister after their trip to NYC and it is so cute!

Beauty Box Subscription – I don’t know about you but I love getting things in the mail. My mother is the same way. Jewelry – These Alex and Ani Bracelets don’t break the bank and right on trend. They are stackable as well, so you can buy a couple of them for a bangle effect. Chunky Sweater – I love a good warm chunky sweater. Maybe that is because I live in New Jersey… I think they are staples and every woman should own one. I have this one from Everlane in grey and black and I wear one of them every day!
Chocolate Covered Strawberries – I LOVE Shari’s Berries and my Mama does too!
