BREAKFAST: Strawberry Banana Almond Milk Smoothie

We ALWAYS have extra bananas in the house.  Unfortunately, we can never finish an entire bunch before they start to turn. Lately, I have been slicing up the bananas just as they are about to turn brown and freezing them in individual baggies. That way, if I want to add a banana to my smoothie, it is super easy!

I have been getting a little bored of my regular smoothie recipe so I decided to try something new. Strawberry banana is a classic combination and I just so happened to have a box of fresh strawberries in the house. I will miss fresh berries in the fall and winter. Sad face. Thankfully, berries are ridiculously cheap now so I am stocking up and freezing them in baggies as well!

I can’t wait to make this smoothie again this Sunday!

BREAKFAST: Strawberry Banana Almond Milk Smoothie

Ingredients:

Almond Milk, 1 cup

Strawberries (fresh or frozen), 1/2 cup

Navitas Naturals Chia Seeds, 1 teaspoon

Jif Peanut Butter, 1 heaping tablespoon

Frozen Banana, 1, sliced

Frozen Peach, 1, sliced
