Over the last few months, I have been trying SO desperately to shop my closet. As I mentioned previously, we are starting a rather large home renovation in less than a month. We need to save, save, save!
Well…when I walked into Target last month for a few items for Nathan and saw their new Wild Fable women’s line, I just couldn’t help myself and shopped the collection a little bit. It reminds me of ALL of the outfits from Clueless and I just LOVE that movie. I am definitely a true LA girl at heart.
One of the pieces that I scored is this burgundy collared dress. It is light, comfortable, and there is room for a bump, if you size up. I have worn it with my denim or leather jacket (pictured below and similar HERE) layered over it. It can easily be dressed up or down. I can’t wait to wear it with black opaque tights and knee high boots when it gets a little colder. It would also look great with this sweater blazer. And at only $20 the dress is a STEAL! You need to pick it up before they sell out!
In addition to the dress, I also picked up these inexpensive faux black leather booties. I basically LIVE in black boots and booties throughout the fall and winter months, so I am always looking for different options to switch back and forth between. These felt comfortable when I walked around in store, so I decided to bring them home. I have worn them a couple times and there is no buyer’s remorse at all! They will definitely be getting A LOT of wear over the next few months.
To finish my look, I accessorized with two items already in my closet, my beaded necklace and my favorite round leather bag. They are both such great statement pieces that can be worn with just about anything! As always, to shop my look, scroll down a bit and I have linked everything!
